Vapnartak is one of the biggest wargame
convention's in the U.K. held in York at the start of February every year. Set in one of
the most atmospheric building's York has to offer,the Merchant Adventure's Hall is
situated in the town centre for easy access by foot,as well as offering nearby carparking
space.The Merchant Adventure's Hall has two large floor's which Vapnartak take's full
advantage of,there are various day long table-top demonstration game's run by member's of
the York Wargame's Society,as well as 25 stall-holders,specialising in anything from
military books/collectable card games/fantasy role playing game's and specialist lead
miniature's for fantasy or re-enacting age old battle's of long ago,chance's are it can be
found hear!,A refreshment/food bar can also be found on the premises, selling the
everyday food's and beverage's,there's also a licensed bar.
